Guy earned his real estate license in 2000 and before joining RE/Max was a Sales manager at another local firm in Charlotte. In addition to being a Broker, Guy is an accredited staging professional , a graduate of the Leadership Development program and a member of the Education Advisory Group at the board of Realtors. Before his real estate career, Guy invested 14 years with Belk Store Services.
He is a local Charlottean and has witnessed unbelievable growth and changes throughout all of Charlotte and the surrounding counties. Guys interest outside of real estate include various types of music and coordinating various charity activities and fund raising.
David chose RE/Max because they offer all the latest technological advancements for sales associates as well as providing proven integrated marketing techniques centered around the internet. The internet and web based tools are the future.
David is a licensed broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina. He has over 10 years of real estate experience and 25 years of Information Technology (I/T) experience with Duke Energy and Crescent Resources. He owns several investment properties so he has personal experience wearing the buyer’s hat as well as the seller’s hat. Being able to wear the appropriate hat and communicate from that perspective to the other party is a valuable asset.
David is a Lancaster, SC native and graduated from the University of SC which makes him a Gamecock fan! Go Cocks! Other interests include landscaping, athletic conditioning and maintaining good health.
Rose has 20 years experience in the real estate industry with one agency and before joining RE/Max she was a sales manager with a team of 25 agents. She made the switch to enjoy the RE/Max freedom and join “The Real Estate Leaders” where no one in the world sells more real estate than RE/Max. She adds why would you want to go anywhere else other than with #1.
Rose is a licensed broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina. In addition to her 25 years sales experience she also has investment properties and has her Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS) designation.
She is originally from Sacramento, California but has lived in Charlotte for over 20 years. Rose has 2 sons and 2 grand kids. She loves spending time with family and friends as well as attending Forest Hill church.
